Shea is from Cedar Park, Texas and has been involved in volleyball since she was 9 years old. She played both school and club volleyball as a setter, outside hitter, and middle blocker, and has also joined multiple Spike Frog leagues before later coaching Junior Spike Frog for a few years.

Shea currently runs her own social media marketing and content creation business, supporting small businesses with their online presence. She also teaches middle and high school photography and yearbook at a homeschool enrichment program, where she also serves as the school’s head volleyball coach.

This is her first-year coaching with Austin Velocity, and she is thrilled to step into this role. Her love for volleyball has never faded, and she is excited to return to the club environment, continue growing as a coach, and help young athletes build their skills, confidence, and passion for the game. She looks forward to connecting with her players, their families, and the Velocity coaching community.
