Coach Kailani brings over ten years of volleyball experience to the club, starting as a competitive player and now as a passionate coach. She competed with organizations such as Spike Frog and Austin Velocity, as well as her high school team, where she built a strong foundation in the sport. After transitioning from player to coach, she discovered how much she enjoys mentoring young athletes both on and off the court. Kailani has coached multiple seasons at the developmental and club level, focusing on skill development, team culture, and individual growth. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in effort, positivity, and building confidence. Coach Kailani is a strong believer that volleyball is much more than just a game, but a way to teach resilience, teamwork, and passion. Coach Kailani is excited to continue to grow as a coach and help players unlock their full potential.
