Want to increase your speed and vertical on the court?
Come join Coach Amanda and Sarah on Tuesday nights and Friday mornings to train and push your physical limits!
This 2-hour session will be broken up into an hour of circuit/interval work focusing on strengthening your quick twitch muscles as well as other important lower and upper body muscles used to perform certain volleyball skills. The next 30 minutes will focus on high intensity interval training (HIIT) to increase your athlete’s endurance on the court. The last 30 minuets will be an optional cool down where we will take your athletes through a proper recovery that will include how to use a foam roller, massage gun, and other high-end recovery equipment. During the cool down segment, we will be offering a recovery “bar” that will allow athletes to buy “recovery” items such as protein shakes, electrolytes, and good protein/carb options that optimize muscle recovery.

The goal of this program is to educate our athletes about the importance of movement and nutrition as an athlete. We HIGHLY recommend signing up for a FULL month to see the best results.
