Our new program is designed for sport-specific volleyball training that will focus on strength, speed & conditioning. During each session, athletes will experience programming that will improve the fast-twitch muscle fibers they use in volleyball with free weights, resistance & plyometric training.
DATES: October 10th-November 17th, 2 days per week for 6 weeks
DAYS OF THE WEEK: Choose between Monday or Tuesday for Day 1, then choose between Wednesday and Thursday for Day 2
WHO: Athletes (Girls & Boys) in 5th-10th grade
LOCATION: HighPoint Center (1800 Clover Ln, Cedar Park)

COST: $225 for 2 sessions a week
