COACH BELLA
HEAD COACH 133 SAPPHIRE(2026-2027)
Coach Bella grew up in Pflugerville, Texas, and has been playing volleyball since she was seven years old. Working her way through recreational, lite, regional, travel, and national-level teams built a deep appreciation for the effort, grit, and sacrifice the game asks of an athlete, and starting young made her comfortable in a range of roles — hitting, setting, and defense. She started and finished her club career at Austin Performance Volleyball, where she focused her training as a libero.
In high school, Coach Bella earned a varsity spot as a libero/DS all four years, was named Defensive MVP, and helped break a school record by reaching the Regional Quarterfinals. She continued her academic and collegiate career at Tarleton State University before transferring to Concordia University Texas for her final three years, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Policy.
Coach Bella began coaching with her high school’s strength and conditioning camps, local club positional camps, and private indoor and sand volleyball clinics. She considers working with young athletes a privilege — families trust their coaches at a young and pivotal age — and she loves sharing her knowledge and experience to show athletes why the love of volleyball runs so deep in this community, and how they can carry that passion through the sport and the rest of their lives.
Coach Bella joined Austin Velocity for the 2025-2026 season as a head coach, leading 13 Black and 15 White Lite. For the 2026-2027 season, she looks forward to helping her athletes develop their skills and build their confidence.
