Multi-Entity Ledger Bridge · Austin Velocity Volleyball Club, LLC

This application no longer has access to the QuickBooks company you disconnected. Its authorization for that company has been revoked by Intuit.

What this means

Access is granted per company. Disconnecting affects only the company you disconnected — any other companies remain connected until they are disconnected individually.

Removing the stored token as well

Revoking access at Intuit is what actually ends access. The local application may still hold a now-invalid token for that company, which will simply stop working. To tidy it up, remove the company’s entry from ~/.qbo-multi/tokens.json on the machine running the application.

Reconnecting

To reconnect a company later, run the application’s setup step again and approve it through Intuit’s authorization page:

  1. Sign in to the Intuit account that owns the company.
  2. Run python3 setup_auth.py from the application directory.
  3. Select the company on Intuit’s consent screen and approve.
