What it does
Austin Velocity Volleyball Club, LLC operates several related businesses, each with its own QuickBooks Online company file. This utility reads those company files through Intuit’s official API so their financials can be reviewed and compared side by side, and so intercompany balances can be reconciled across entities.
How it works
- Runs locally on a computer owned by the operator — there is no hosted service.
- Connects to each QuickBooks company only after that company is explicitly authorized through Intuit’s own consent screen.
- Uses the
com.intuit.quickbooks.accountingscope, read-only. - Does not create, modify, or delete anything in QuickBooks, and cannot move funds.
- Sends no data to any third party and includes no analytics or tracking.
Connecting and disconnecting
Connecting is done by the operator from the local application, which opens Intuit’s authorization page. Access can be withdrawn at any time from within QuickBooks Online under Apps → Manage connections, which immediately ends this application’s access to that company.
