Coach Nichole Allison brings 16+ years of competitive volleyball coaching experience, including 16 years in club volleyball, 10 years of high school coaching, and NCAA Division I experience as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of the Incarnate Word. As a former collegiate athlete and lifelong volleyball coach, she combines technical skill development, tactical knowledge, leadership, and athlete-centered mentorship to help players grow both on and off the court.

Nichole holds a Master’s in Education with a focus in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Concordia University Austin.

Coach Allison believes volleyball is about more than winning matches—it is an opportunity to develop discipline, confidence, leadership, resilience, and character. Her goal is to meet athletes where they are, challenge them to grow, and equip them with the skills and mindset to compete with confidence.
