Coach Adam is dedicated to developing athletes to excel both on and off the court. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating greater access to high-level volleyball training through his current leadership roles as Co-Owner and Director of Volleyworld; and, Head of Volleyball and Mentorship for TPH Academy – Austin. In his current role as Director of Coach Training and Development for Austin Velocity, he is passionate about building strong team culture, developing athletes with purpose, and preparing coaches to lead at a high level. Coach Adam is excited to lead Austin Velocity’s 15 Diamond team next season and is committed to taking the team to the next level of competitive success through disciplined training and development of a championship mindset.

As a new coach, Coach Nicki is honored to have the opportunity to grow the sport of volleyball and make a lasting impact on young athletes. He believes that through dedication, determination, and discipline, anything is possible. Drawing from his experiences as both a recreational athlete and a coach, he strives to model these core values every day.
Coach Nicki is passionate about creating an environment built on love, inclusivity, and skill development—an atmosphere that helps athletes grow not only as players but as people. He views coaching as more than teaching the game; it’s about inspiring a lifelong connection to volleyball and empowering athletes to carry the lessons they learn on the court into all areas of their lives.
For Coach Nicki, it’s a true privilege to stand alongside his players and fellow coaches as they work to prepare and uplift the next generation of volleyball athletes—helping them honor themselves, develop their skills, and grow into respectful, confident members of their communities.
